Shipping policy

OUR DELIVERIES

Once payment has been made, the order will be sent to the warehouse, which will process it within a maximum of 24 hours and deliver it to the courier for shipment.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

- Premium Shipping

Deliveries are made throughout Spain. Delivery times vary depending on the area. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. It will take us 12/24 hours to process your order, after which your shipment will be entrusted to the courier for shipping, after which you will receive the tracking code to track your package until delivery.

DELIVERY

All orders are processed before 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays (1 and 6 January, Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November, 8, 25 and 26 December).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Due to the COVID-19 emergency it may be necessary to wait a few days longer than the indicated delivery time! However, the customer service will be at your disposal to keep you informed about the delivery.
