Information on returns
We have a 30 day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the item to request a return. - The item can ONLY be returned and refunded if there are manufacturing defects, each item is tested by the parent factory and hand packed to ensure you receive the best! If the item has been damaged by you or ruined, then it is your responsibility, and the product cannot be replaced or refunded. email us at email@example.com for anything or whatsapp support! To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping information and instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions about returns at email@example.com.
To be entitled to a return, the customer must send the item back in the same condition in which it was received, with box and related items.
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the package was not delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- If the package has not been delivered for reasons beyond our control (natural disaster, snow, package blocked at customs).
- If the tracking indicates "delivered" but the customer says he has not received anything.
- If the customer is absent and the courier does not leave a delivery note, and the parcel ends up being returned to the sender.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
